  • Lauren Farber is a seasoned ad tech strategist and revenue operations expert with over 15 years of experience driving transformational change at global media and tech giants, including Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Roku, AOL, and Condé Nast. As the founder of LFG Solutions, Lauren specializes in building scalable infrastructure, streamlining quote-to-cash processes, and enabling high-performance teams through change management, system automation, and sales enablement.

    Previously, Lauren has led major initiatives such as launching Salesforce CRM at Netflix, designing custom advertising suites, and spearheading Hulu Ad Manager’s self-service platform. She is known for taking complex workflows and simplifying them into actionable, scalable systems, delivering sustainable improvements in revenue and operational efficiency. Her expertise also includes integrating sales processes post-M&A, as seen in her successful integrations at Disney and AOL.


    At LFG Solutions, Lauren collaborates closely with clients to future-proof their business operations, craft compelling sales collateral, and develop tailored strategies designed to drive growth. While building her consulting practice in 2024, Lauren discovered a passion for fostering community beyond the confines of a traditional office environment—creating a space where she could learn, grow, and be challenged alongside peers. This vision led to the creation of Camp TLA. Now, as CEO of Camp TLA, Lauren is dedicated to cultivating a dynamic community that enriches the social, professional, and lifestyle experience of media and ad tech consultants.


    When Lauren isn’t transforming businesses, she’s living life to the fullest in Sleepy Hollow, NY, where she hosts a legendary annual Halloween party. She’s a dedicated cat mom to Emmy and Zeus, a devoted attendee of adult Jewish sleepaway camp Trybal Gatherings in the Berkshires, and a talented singer who has performed with the NYC acapella group, Basic Pitch.

Sophia Westrich

  • By day, Sophia is a key driver of growth at Decide Technologies, where she leads data analytics, sales operations, and strategic initiatives in the AdTech space. By night, she's co-founder of Advance Women and Camp TLA, expanding her influence in the AdTech and MarTech ecosystem.

    Sophia has spent her life navigating male-dominated spaces—from competing as a thrower in Track & Field to studying Mathematics and Computer Science, and most recently, excelling in technical and business leadership roles at AdTech startups and scaleups. Over the past decade, she has overcome challenges like sexual harassment and the impact of motherhood on her career, driving her to create initiatives that give women and independent consultants the flexibility, autonomy, and support that traditional workplace structures too often fail to provide.

    Her career includes leadership roles as VP of Sales Operations at a $22M venture-backed AdTech startup and later as VP of Operations at another growth-stage AdTech company. She has scaled revenue from zero to mid-eight figures in six years, led a company to profitability in two years, and led operational due diligence for two key buy-side acquisitions. In 2024, she founded SoNoLo Consulting to help startups navigate the complexities of growth, leveraging her deep expertise in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, M&A due diligence, and financial planning.

    Guided by integrity, excellence, and speed, Sophia not only leads at Decide Technologies, Advance Women, and Camp TLA, but also serves as an advisor to Mellow Kids and a mentor to young entrepreneurs at Washington University through Experts on Call. A two-time Division I All-American in the Weight Throw, she brings relentless determination to every facet of her life—as a mom to three-year-old Escher, a wife of seven years, and a dedicated advocate for underrepresented groups.
